Infill Dwelling in Ipswich, Suffolk

We secured planning permission for an individually designed dwelling on greenfield land on the rural edge of Ipswich. There were a number of planning constraints that needed to be overcome. These included:

  • A Greenfield site;

  • Proximity to a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI); and

  • Constrained access.

We developed a robust planning case to justify development. This was supported by a bespoke residential design that was informed by the site’s landscape setting and context.
