We are Hiring an Architectural Designer - Based in Colchester, Essex

Here at A D P, we have a vacancy for an architectural designer to join our successful and growing team.

As an Architectural Designer, you will be an integral part of the design and planning team, delivering successful planning approvals, producing planning documents, site plans, street scenes and house type drawings.

We are an established architectural and planning practice in Colchester, Essex, with a reputation for high-quality designs and planning success. We have a fantastic client base and an expanding workload from individual clients, prestige developers, volume house builders and bespoke projects predominantly residential in nature, together with commercial projects.

If this sounds appealing to you, we will require:

That you have a technical qualification. It is essential that you have worked on residential housing schemes in architectural practice or for a residential developer. You must be skilled in the use of AutoCAD or preferably AutoCAD Architecture, which we use on all projects. A working knowledge with Revit, and experience of Photoshop and Sketch-up would be beneficial. A sound working knowledge of building construction and the Building Regulations is essential.
