Planning Permission Secured for Residential Development in Ipswich, Suffolk

We recently came across one of our earlier Ipswich projects on Google Streetview. In that project A D P acted as the planning consultant and architectural designer for a development of 16 bungalow dwellings in Ipswich. Whilst being part of the Ipswich urban area, the application was actually fell within and was approved by Suffolk Coastal District Council.

This part of Ipswich is characterised by single-storey buildings and using a context-led design, we developed a scheme of bungalows to allow the site to integrate into its surroundings.

This development has now been constructed has proved versatile, providing flexible accommodation for all aspects of the population demographic from families to older households. The dwellings have been well-maintained and the individual landscaping in the front gardens has created an attractive streetscene.
