We are an established architectural practice in West Bergholt, Colchester, Essex, with a fantastic client base and an expanding workload for individual clients, prestige developers, volume house builders and bespoke projects predominantly residential in nature together with commercial projects.

We require an individual who can demonstrate strong design skills, and is capable of leading projects from inception through all stages, with good client interfacing skills.

Applicants must be skilled in the use of AutoCAD or preferably AutoCAD Architecture, which we use on all projects and Revit. A sound working knowledge of building construction and the Building Regulations is essential to support the conceptual design skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
