Office Development, Lawford

A D P acted as the masterplanners for the extension of Lawford, Essex. As a part of this development, we designed a business hub for the village.

This scheme delivered 700 sqm of Class B1 high-specification office space arranged between 3 separate buildings. In total 12 new office units were created.

The buildings were arranged around a courtyard form and are of traditional design, to ensure that the buildings compliment the appearance of the village extension as a whole.

This scheme has proved successful and has acted as an important economic development in this semi-rural area that will encourage growth in the number of local jobs. The inclusion of this economic hub and its subsequent success, underlines the overall sustainability of the village extension to Lawford.
