Golf Course Modernisation, Colchester  

ADP has secured planning permission for multiple applications that have assisted in the modernisation of an attractive golf club on the countryside fringes of Colchester, Essex.

This popular golf course had grown tired and needed to respond to changing social and economic circumstances. Critically, the owners sought a modern flexible facility that will attract a wider cross-section of people.

We have designed various bespoke projects at this site, including alterations and extensions that enabled the provision of new and improved club facilities, including the introduction of:

• A restaurant and bar;

• Sports injury clinic;

• Sports gym; and

• Adventure golf.  

This golf club has developed into an important local community facility.
