Our client secured a site that already had planning permission for 4 no. dwellings that had been granted via a planning appeal. ADP were approached to review the planning approval and explore ways in which to enhance the proposals both in terms of design and also value.

We successfully secured consent to alter the appearance and increase the size of these dwellings in terms of their height, amount and floorspace. The result of our intervention was the creation of a high-quality and exclusive development in the heart of rural Essex that increased the value of the site for the client.
