Dawes Lane, West Mersea
Mersea Homes are preparing an Outline Planning Application in respect of a predominantly residential development on the land to the west of Dawes Lane, West Mersea.We are keen to discuss the emerging proposals with local people and community representatives, and as part of that process, a public exhibition will be held on:
Tuesday 9th July 2019
Glebe Pavilion,
Glebe Recreation Ground, Colchester Rd,
West Mersea, CO5 8RS
From 4pm until 7pm
This consultation is an opportunity to view the emerging proposals and provide comments to help shape the preparation of a planning application. In brief, the proposals are for:
100 dwellings
Approximately 5ha of public open space, with potential to include new community facilities
Landscaping, including new foot and cycle links, to create a high-quality environment.
