Planning Success: Outdoor Seating Area Approved in Beaconsfield

We're thrilled to announce our recent success in securing planning permission for an outdoor wooden seating area with landscaping in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

The approved development is located in Beaconsfield New Town, situated in a row of commercial buildings.

The project involves the retention of an outdoor seating area for a ground-floor restaurant in a two-story building. The design features a grey composite cladding box surround with inbuilt planters around a raised concrete base and laminate bench inset.

This addition will contribute to the vibrancy of Beaconsfield's town centre, aligning with local development goals and enhancing the area's vitality.

Landscaping - The scheme included attractive planters that will complement the existing streetscape and maintains the character of the surrounding area.

Loss of parking - While the development resulted in the loss of two parking spaces, the site's proximity to public transport, including the railway station, and nearby public car parks mitigated these concerns.

This approval demonstrates our ability to balance commercial needs with local planning policies, resulting in a harmonious addition to Beaconsfield's urban landscape.
