Back in 2000, A D P provided architectural support for a planning application for 6 dwellings within a central location in Ipswich. The application was subsequently approved by Ipswich Borough Council and was constructed in 2003.

Almost 10 years have now past, and the development is still looking great. The design of the houses was influenced by the late Victorian and Edwardian character of the surrounding streets and this has ensured that they have integrated well into this leafy area.
