Rear Extension, Lexden, Colchester

We designed and secured planning consent for a two-storey rear extension to an existing dwelling in Lexden, Colchester.

The proposed scheme almost doubled the size of the existing dwelling to create a large family home, adapted to for modern living.

The existing dwelling was set in a large spacious plot. Despite its size, we demonstrated to the Council that the proposed extension would meet their residential extension design guidance and would be policy compliant.
